中医综合方案对慢性胰腺炎急性发作早期患者PaO2、OI的影响观察

Effect of TCM Integrated Program on PaO2 and OI of Acute Pancreatitis Patients with Acute Attack

目的观察膈下逐瘀汤合凉膈散为基础的中医综合方案慢性胰腺炎对(CP)急性发作早期患者Pa O_2、OI的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月在成都中医药大学附属医院急诊科住院治疗的慢性胰腺炎急性发作患者48例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例,进行前瞻性研究分析;对照组患者采用西医方案(西医基础治疗+大黄灌肠),治疗组患者采用中医综合方案(对照组基础上+中药内服、外敷);测定治疗前、治疗第2 d、第3 d患者血气分析,分析Pa O_2、OI的变化。结果中医综合方案能改善CP急性发作早期患者的Pa O_2、OI。结论膈下逐瘀汤合凉膈散为基础的中医综合方案可提高CP急性发作期的疗效。

0bjective： To observe the effect of Gexiazhuyu decoction combined with Liangge Powder on PaO2 and0I of chronic pancreatitis （ CP） patients at early stage. Methods： 48 CP patients with acute ized in Emergency Department of The Affiliated Hospital to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group （ n = 24 ） to make a prospective study. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine program （ western medicine enema） while the patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine （ basic medicine treat-ment of the control group ＋ oral administration and external application of traditional Chinese medicine）. The blood gas analysis was determined before treatment and in the 2nd and 3rd day and the alyzed. Results： The integrated TCM Program could improve the Pa02 and 0I of CP patients with acute attack. Con-clusion ： The integrated program of Gexiazliuyu decoction combined witli Liangge Powder can improve the curative effect of CP Patients with acute episode.
