异叶茴芹提取物抗炎止血凝血作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Anti-inflammatory,Hemostatic and Coagulation Effects of Extracts from Pimpinella Diversifolia

目的研究异叶茴芹提取物抗炎、止血、凝血作用功效,为异叶茴芹的潜在药用价值开发利用提供依据。方法选取健康小鼠,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,测定异叶茴芹醇提液和水提液的抗炎作用效果;采用小鼠断尾法止血实验、小鼠载玻片法凝血实验评价异叶茴芹醇提液和水提液的止血和凝血作用效果。结果异叶茴芹提取物灌胃能减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度,水提液组其足肿胀抑制率达24.51%,缩短剪尾法所致小鼠出血时间,水提液组其缩短率为33.41%,加速实验小鼠的凝血时间,醇提液组其缩短率达47.59%。结论异叶茴芹提取物具有一定程度的抗炎、止血、凝血活性,具有综合利用前景。

Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory,hemostatic and coagulation effects of extracts from Pimpinella diversifolia and to provide the basis for the development and utilization of its potential medicinal value. Methods: The healthy mice were selected to induce their ear swelling by xylene to determine the anti-inflammatory effect of ethanol extract and aqueous extract of Pimpinella diversifolia. The tail-cut hemostasis experiment and slide glass coagulation experiment were used to evaluate the effect of hemostatic and coagulation effects of ethanol extract and aqueous extract of Pimpinella diversifolia. Results: The intragastric administration of Pimpinella diversifolia extracts could reduce the degree of auricle swelling in xylene-induced mice. The inhibition rate of foot swelling in the aqueous extract group was24. 51%. The tail-cut hemostasis shortened the bleeding time of the mice,and the shortened rate of the aqueous extract group was33. 41% and the coagulation time of the mice was accelerated. The shortened rate of alcohol extract was 47. 59%. Conclusion: The extracts of Pimpinella diversifolia has certain anti-inflammatory,hemostatic and coagulation activity and has comprehensive utilization prospect.
