摘要
采用过氧化氢—壳聚糖法对羊毛织物进行防缩处理,对实验过程中的温度、反应时间、p H值和浓度进行正交实验,选出最佳实验方案以及各实验参数对羊毛织物的毡缩的影响。实验结果表明:合理的过氧化氢预处理可以降低羊毛织物的毡缩率,且碱性条件下效果最为明显;壳聚糖处理过后的羊毛织物的防缩性能良好,其中壳聚糖的浓度对毡缩率影响最大。
Hydrogen Peroxide-Chitosan Method was used to conduct shrink-proof finishing of wool fabrics.The orthogonal experiments with different temperatures,reaction time,PH values and concentration were carried out to select the best finishing plan and find out the influence of different experiment parameters on the felting shrinkage of wool fabric. The results showed that: reasonable hydrogen peroxide pretreatment could reduce the shrinkage of wool fabric and was most obvious under alkaline condition; the wool fabric had good shrink-proof property after chitosan treatment and the concentration of chitosan had greatest impact on the felting Shrinkage.
