摘要 采用喷气涡流纱作为原料,开发了一种新型缝纫线,并对其性能进行测试与分析。测试结果表明,喷气涡流纺缝纫线单线强力好,符合国家标准GB/T 6836-2007优等品要求;喷气涡流纺缝纫线纱疵少,降低了缝纫过程中的断针率和纱线断头率;喷气涡流纺缝纫线毛羽指数低,减小了毛羽对缝纫产生的危害;喷气涡流纺缝纫线断裂伸长率较大,降低了缝纫线的断头率。实验结果显示,喷气涡流纺缝纫线符合缝纫线的内在质量要求,属于质量较优的缝纫线品种。 A new type of sewing thread was made with MVS single yarn as raw material and its related performance was tested and analyzed. The test results showed the following performance characteristics: the MVS sewing thread had a good strength to meet the top quality requirements of national standard GB/T 6836-2007; it had fewer yarn defects,reducing the broken needle rate and yarn breakage rate during the sewing process; its hairiness index was so low that it could reduce the hairiness hazards during the sewing process; it had a high elongation at break,which reduced the sewing thread's breakage rate. According to the experimental results,the sewing thread met the internal quality requirements of the sewing thread and was classified to a better quality sewing thread group.
