摘要
通过对不同材料参数配比制作的导波探头背衬层进行试验,研究超声导波在一定的频率范围内焊缝第一次反射回波系数和端面反射系数及频率的关系。分析不同配比背衬层对信号的影响,确定激励导波的最佳频率范围。试验表明:随着碳化硅比例的增加,PZT传感器的相对灵敏度降低;碳化硅的比例降低时,传感器接收到的杂波幅值增大,信噪比降低;不同配比参数的背衬层都存在一个最佳检测频率段,即随着碳化硅比例的增大,缺陷的最佳检测频率段先增大后减小。
Through the experiment of the guided wave sensor which backing layer was made of different material parameters,the relationship between the reflection coefficient of the first reflection and the reflection coefficient and frequency of the ultrasonic guided wave in a certain frequency range was studied.The influence of different ratios of backing layer on the signal was analyzed,and the optimal frequency range was determined.The test showed that with the increase of the proportion of silicon carbide,reduce the relative sensitivity of PZT sensor;silicon carbide ratio decreased when the sensor receives the clutter amplitude increases,signal-to-noise ratio decrease;different ratio of back layer parameters of the lining has a best detection frequency,with the increase of silicon carbide ratio,the best detection frequency of defects increased first and then decreased.
