Harmonious party-masses relationship is the key ofgoverning which really helps the consolidation of CCP＇s rulingstatus, the realization of the people＇s vital interests and the permanentstability of the socialist countries. In order to make therelationship close, our Party must establish the ideal faith of servingthe people, reserve talents who are willing to bear for the people,and run the Party strictly with iron discipline, so as to bringthe relationship onto a new level.
