供给侧改革视角下高校双语教学的困境及改革发展之路

The Dilemma of College Bilingual Teaching from the Perspective of Supply Side Reform and the Way of Its Reform and Development

供给侧改革背景下,高校双语教学面临着人才培养和社会经济发展的需要,双语教学改革与发展也影响着人力资本要素在我国国际化进程中的作用。文章从供给侧角度阐述了高校双语教学在供给侧下的必要性,并从社会需求、双语师资缺乏和教学模式等方面指出了当下我国双语教学的困境,从更新大学理念和增加双语教学资源供给两大方面提出我国高校双语教育改革的建议。

Under the background of supply side reform, collegebilingual teaching reform and development is facing the needs oftalent training and social and economic development, and bilingualteaching reform and development also affects the role of humancapital elements in the process of internationalization of ourcountry. This paper expounds the necessity of college bilingualteaching from the perspective of supply side, and points out thedilemma of bilingual teaching in China from the aspects of socialdemand, deficiency of bilingual teachers and teaching mode. Thispaper also puts forward the suggestions of college bilingual educationreform in China from updating the ideas of colleges and universitiesand increasing the supply of bilingual teaching resources.
