This paper analyzes the current teaching problem of＂Career Development and Career Guidance for College Students＂,and puts forward some suggestions for teaching reformfrom the aspects of teachers, teaching objectives, teaching methods,teaching contents and so on. The aim is constantly improvethe teaching mode to guide students to set up a correct view ofemployment, plan their career ahead of time, and prepare forbusiness in advance.
