摘要
食品专业涉及知识面较广,给研究生培养提出了较高的要求。同时,如何引导研究生转变学习模式,对于研究生科研能力的提高具有重要意义。本文从如何引导研究生提高自身的主动性和获取丰富科研方法的角度,思考和探索了食品专业研究生科研能力提升的方法,旨在提高食品专业研究生的培养质量,为食品专业高校向社会输送优秀人才。
Food is involving in a wide range of knowledge, whichposes a great challenge to the cultivation of graduate students inuniversities. Meanwhile, it is of great importance to improve researchability via guiding graduate students to change their studymodel. In this study, special attention will be paid on exploringapproaches to improve the initiative and grasp abundant researchmethods, in order to improve research ability of graduate students.The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of foodgraduate students for universities and export talented students tosociety.
