护理实习生专业承诺与职业成熟度相关性研究

A Study on the Correlation between Professional Commitment and Career Maturity of Nursing Interns

目的:了解护理实习生专业承诺与职业成熟度的情况,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法:采用大学生专业承诺调查问卷和护生职业成熟度量表对215名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果:护理实习生的专业承诺总均分为(3.31±0.62)分,职业成熟度总均分为(3.25±0.59)分。专业承诺与职业成熟度呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:护理实习生专业承诺与职业成熟度水平还有待提高。护理专业在校教育应与临床教育紧密结合,以提高护生专业承诺与职业成熟度水平。

Objective To learn about the professional commitmentand career maturity of nursing interns and to explore the correlationbetween them. Method： A questionnaire survey was conductedamong 215 nursing interns using college students＇ professionalcommitment questionnaire and nursing students＇ career maturityscale. Results： The total score of professional commitment ofnursing interns was （3.31±0.62） points on average, and the totalscore of career maturity was （3.25±0.59） points. There was asignificant positive correlation between professional commitmentand career maturity （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The professional commitmentand career maturity of nursing interns still need to beimproved. Nursing professional education should be closely integratedwith clinical education to improve the professional commitment commitment and career maturity of nursing students.
