摘要
当前现代学徒制带来的人才培养模式的创新正日益受到各界的广泛关注,本文从高职现代学徒制导学关系存在的雇佣化、从属化、放羊化、单一化四个方面的突出问题入手,将SECI模型作为高职现代学徒制导学关系构建的理论支撑和实践框架,分析基于SECI模型的高职现代学徒制导学关系的内涵和特征,提出配套制度建设、校企互动机制构建、积极开展试点实践、建立质量保障机制等基于SECI模型的高职现代学徒制导学关系构建的策略。
At present, the innovation of the talent cultivation modebrought by the modern apprenticeship system is becoming moreand more concerned by all walks of life. Starting from the noticeabletendencies of the guidance-learning relationship of modernapprenticeship in higher vocational education, namely, employment,subordination, lack of management, and simplification, thispaper uses the SECI model as the theoretical support and practicalframework of the guidance-learning relationship of modernapprenticeship, analyzing the connotation and characteristics ofthe guidance-learning relationship of modern apprenticeship inhigher vocational education based on the SECI model, andputting forward some strategies to construct the guidance-learningrelationship of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational educationbased on the SECI model, such as constructing the supportingsystem, constructing the interaction mechanism betweenthe college and enterprises, actively carrying out pilot practice,and establishing a quality assurance mechanism.
