At present, the scale of running a university has beenexpanding, and the amount of imported equipment has been increasingyear by year. This paper analyzes the risk of the purchaseof all imported equipment in colleges and universities, andgives the countermeasures to effectively prevent the risks of theimported equipment in order to ensure the security of the fundsand better serve the teaching and scientific research.
