城市贫困治理研究——基于发展型社会政策视角

Research on Urban Poverty Control:Based on the Perspective of Developmental Social Policies

随着人口的增多,经济的发展,我国已经取得世界第二的经济地位,但我们仍然面临贫困问题。改革开放三十多年来,我国在诸多改革中取得显而易见的成效,无论是在农业、工业还是服务业,但快速发展的背后也面临着问题,尤其是城市人口贫困。为此我国在城市中设立了最低生活保障制度,即城市低保制度。由于近年来经济发展加快,人民币贬值,城市贫困不断加剧,不断影响我国在国际中的经济地位,所以解决城市贫困问题刻不容缓。为此我们需要在发展型社会政策视角下寻求城市贫困治理的新途径。

With population increase and economic development,China has achieved the world＇s second economic status, but westill face the problem of poverty. Since the reform and openingup, China has made remarkable achievements in many reforms,whether in agriculture, industry or service industry, but there arehidden dangers along with the rapid development, especially urbanpoverty. To this end, a system of subsistence allowances wasset up for urban residents. With the acceleration of economic developmentand the devaluation of RMB in recent years, urbanpoverty continues to intensify, continuing to affect China＇s economicdevelopment status in the world, so it is urgent to solve theproblem of urban poverty. For this reason, we need to seek a newway of urban poverty control from the perspective of developmentalsocial policies.
