刮痧配合罗浮山百草油治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical observation of scraping combined with Luofushan Baicao oil in the treatment of cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation

目的探究刮痧配合罗浮山百草油治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法 80例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。所有患者均给予药物及理疗,在其基础上对照组采用普通刮痧油刮痧,观察组采用罗浮山百草油刮痧。采用Mc Gill疼痛问卷(MPQ)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评价两组患者治疗前后疼痛症状和腰椎功能状况。记录治疗期间两组患者刮痧相关不良反应。结果治疗前两组疼痛指数、疼痛强度、视觉模拟分数评分及总分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组疼痛指数、疼痛强度、视觉模拟分数评分及总分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组ODI得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组ODI得分均低于治疗前,且观察组ODI得分(19.4±1.7)分低于对照组(25.8±1.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗,在药物、理疗等基础上采用罗浮山百草油刮痧可有效改善患者症状,效果优于普通刮痧油。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of scraping combined with Luofushan Baicao oil in the treatment of cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 80 cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation patients were divided by random number table method into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received drugs and physical therapy, and the control group also received scraping by normal scraping oil. The observation group also received scraping by Luofushan Baicao oil. The Mc Gill pain questionnaire（MPQ） and the Oswestry dysfunction index（ODI） were used to assess the pain symptoms and lumbar function status of the two groups before and after treatment. The adverse reactions of scraping in two groups were recorded during treatment. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in pain index, pain intensity, visual analogue score and total score（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had lower pain index, pain intensity, visual analogue score and total score than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in ODI score（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had lower ODI score than before treatment, and the observation group had lower ODI score as（19.4±1.7） points than（25.8±1.9） points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation, Luofushan Baicao oil can effectively improve symptoms of patients on the basis of drug and physical therapy, and it is better than ordinary scraping oil.
