自拟活血祛湿汤治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成45例临床观察

Clinical observation of self-made Huoxue Qushi decoction in the treatment of 45 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

目的探讨自拟活血祛湿汤治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法 91例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,随机分为对照组(常规治疗,46例)和治疗组(在对照组基础上给予自拟活血祛湿汤加减治疗,45例)。观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组患者治疗后并发症发生率为13.33%,明显低于对照组的58.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=20.252,P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的65.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.885,P<0.05)。结论自拟活血祛湿汤加减治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效确切,可明显减少并发症,降低病死率,可在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Huoxue Qushi decoction in the treatment of 45 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods A total of 91 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were randomly divided into control group（conventional therapy, 46 cases） and treatment group（add and subtract of self-made Huoxue Qushi decoction on the basis of the control group, 45 cases）. Clinical efficacy in two groups was observed. Results The treatment group had obviously lower incidence of complications as 13.33% than 58.70% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=20.252, P〈0.05）. The treatment group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 93.33% than 65.22% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=10.885, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Add and subtract of self-made Huoxue Qushi decoction shows affirmative efficacy in treating lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, and it can obviously reduce complications and lower death rate. It can be promoted in clinic.
