护理干预对维生素B_(12)肌内注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of nursing intervention on intramuscular injection of vitamin B_(12) in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的探讨护理干预对维生素B_(12)肌内注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法 80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规治疗,未应用护理干预;试验组在对照组的基础上应用护理干预,比较两组患者的疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分。结果治疗前两组患者NRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组NRS评分为(0.28±2.11)分,低于对照组的(2.36±2.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对维生素B_(12)肌内注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床效果显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of nursing intervention on intramuscular injection of vitamin B12 in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods A total of 80 postherpetic neuralgia patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy without nursing intervention, and the experimental group was treated with nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on numerical rating scale（NRS） score in two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in NRS score（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the experimental group had lower NRS score as（0.28± 2.11） points than（2.36±2.39） points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention shows remarkable clinical effect on intramuscular injection of vitamin B12 in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, and worthy of clinical promotion.
