食管鳞癌组织中P53、Caspase-3蛋白的表达及其临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨P53、Caspase-3在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测80例食管鳞癌组织及其癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中P53、Caspase-3蛋白表达。结果食管鳞癌组织中P53蛋白阳性表达率为75.00%(60/80),明显高于癌旁正常食管黏膜组织的12.50%(10/80),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。食管鳞癌组织中Caspase-3蛋白阳性表达率为40.00%(32/80),明显低于癌旁正常食管黏膜组织的91.25%(73/80),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P53蛋白的阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移均有关(P均<0.05),Caspase-3蛋白的阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移均有关(P均<0.05)。结论 P53的高表达及Caspase-3蛋白的低表达与食管鳞癌发生、发展有关,两者异常表达可能与食管癌的发生、发展关系密切,两者的联合检测可能在食管鳞癌的诊断中具有重要价值。 Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of P53 and Caspase-3 protein and mRNA in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues.Methods The expressions of P53 and Caspase-3 protein in the 80 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and 80 cases of adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of P53 protein in the esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that of the adjacent normal tissues[(75.00%(60/80) vs 12.50%(10/80),P<0.05].The positive expression rate of Caspase-3 protein in the esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that of the adjacent normal tissues [40.00%(32/80) vs 91.25%(73/80),P<0.05].The P53 protein expression was associated with tumor differentiated degree,infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);the Caspase-3 protein expression was associated with tumor differentiated degree and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The P53 high expression and Caspase-3 low expression may be related to the occurrence and development of esophageal squamous carcinoma.
