摘要
目的探讨"热心接、耐心讲、细心观、诚心帮、温心送、爱心访"(以下简称"六心")护理品牌在肿瘤患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法肿瘤科2016年1月—12月实施"六心"护理,将"六心"护理贯穿于肿瘤患者治疗的全过程,评价患者健康教育考核情况,并与2015年1月—12月患者健康教育考核情况比较,回顾性分析"六心"护理对患者健康教育考核评价的影响。结果实施"六心"护理后,患者健康教育的考核分数较实施前明显提高(P<0.01)。结论 "六心"护理能够提高肿瘤患者健康教育的质量。
Objective To explore the * enthusiastic, patient, ca re fu l, sincere h e lp, warmheart,love to visit”(*Six Heart”)care model in the application of health educawith tumor. Methods To carry out * Six Heart” care mode throughout the course o f cancertreatment in January,2016 and December,2016. The efficacy of health education among patients was evaluated and compared w ith that before implementation of “ si? heart” nursing model tween January,2015 and December,2015). Result The assessment outcome o f health educa-tion among patients was higher after implementation o f “ si? heart” nursing model compared with that before implementation,with a significant difference ( P 〈0. 01). Conclusion The “ sixheart” nursing model is potentially effective to improve the quality o f health educatiowith tumor.
