摘要
目的探讨医护一体化管理模式在胃癌患者围手术期营养支持治疗中的作用。方法 310例胃癌患者分为对照组150例和研究组160例。对照组患者围手术营养支持采用传统的管理模式,研究组采用医护一体化管理模式。评价2组患者出院时营养状况,比较2组并发症发生情况和住院相关指标。结果研究组出院时体质量(59.27±8.78)kg,血清前白蛋白(202.63±67.03)g/L,分别高于对照组体质量(55.22±9.59)kg和血清前白蛋白(193.19±46.22)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率、住院天数、住院费用较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化管理有利于规范胃癌患者围手术期营养支持,改善患者营养状况。
Objective To investigate the value o f nurse-physician collaboration model in perio-perative nutrition support fo r gastric cancer patients. Methods Totally 310 gastric cancer patientswere assigned to the control group (n = 150) and the study group (n = 160). Patients in the controlgroup received routine management in perioperative nutrition support,and patients in the studygroup was given nurse-physicia collaboration model in perioperative nutrition sutional state of patients was evaluated before dischae. The incidence o f complication was lower in the study group tha that of controls (P 〈0.05). The averaged length o f stay and holower in the study group tha those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The nurse- phy-sician collaboration model can regulate the nutrition support in gastric cancer patients and improve their nutritional state.
