呼吸科监护室护理人员职业倦怠感的现状调查

摘要 目的调查呼吸科监护室护理人员的职业倦怠现状。方法选取2016年1月—2017年5月医院呼吸科监护室的20例护理人员,采取问卷调查研究法,对其一般人口社会学资料和职业倦怠状态进行调查。结果20例呼吸科监护室护理人员情绪耗竭平均得分为(4.27±1.53)分,人格分离平均得分为(4.56±1.82)分,个人成就感平均得分为(3.59±1.12)分。年龄越大、护龄越高、在监护室工作年限越长的护理人员职业倦怠越严重,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸科监护室的护理人员工作繁重,会出现不同程度的职业倦怠感,尤其在年龄越大、护龄越高、在监护室工作年限越长的护理人员中更为严重,医院的管理者应给予足够的重视和关注。 Objective To investigate status o f occupational burnout o f nursing staff from re-spiratory intensive care un it (ICU) and related influencing factors. Methods Totally 20 nursesin the respiratory ICU were selected. The questionnaire survey was conductedgeneral information and occupational burnout,including the emotional exhaustion,disociated per-sonality and personal achievements. Results The average emotional exhaustion score o f 20 nurs-ing staff in the re spiatory ICU was (4.27 ± 1.53 ),the average dissociated personality score was (4.56 ± 1.82),and the average personal achievement score was (3. 59 士 1. 12). There weresignificant differences in the scores o f nurses at different ages,working years,working length inICU (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Nurses in the re spiatory IC U due to the heavy workload w i l l havedifferent degrees of jo b burnout,which wi l l have a negative impact on the professional mission and personal achievement of nursing staff. More efforts should be made to take positive measures to reduce the sense of burnout of nurses and improve the quality o f care services.
