中药结肠透析治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察及护理

Clinical observation on colon dialysis and traditional Chinese medicine clyster in treatment of early and metaphase chronic renal failure and related nursing measures

目的观察中药结肠透析治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效,总结相关护理措施。方法 60例早中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。2组均给予慢性肾衰竭综合治疗及常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中药结肠透析。观察血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血尿酸(UA)等指标。结果治疗后2组患者Scr、BUN、UA水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组上述指标改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药结肠透析治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭疗效确切,延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进程。

Objective To observe the c l in ica l effects o f colon dialysis and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） cluster in treatment o f e a l^ and metaphase chronic renal fa i lu re, and to summa-rize the related nursing measures. Methods Totally 60 patients w ith early and metaphase chronicrenal failure were assigned to the treatment group and the control groupgroup. Both two groups received comprehensive treatment and routine care, and the colon dialysis combined with TCM clyster was carried out in the treatment group. The level o f serum creatinine （Scr）, blood urea nitrogen （B UN） and serum uric acid （U A ） were assessed before and aftertreatment. Results The level o f Scr, BUN and UA were dropped in both two groups after treat-ment （ P 〈0.05 orP 〈 0 .01 ）,and wit t i a b e te r improvement in treatment group than those in the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The colon dialysis and TCM cluster shows a more avail-able effect for patients witlieal and metaphase chronic renal failu re.
