联合清创技术在下肢静脉溃疡患者中的应用

Application of combined debridement method for lower extremity venous ulceration

目的观察联合清创技术在下肢静脉溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法 68例下肢静脉溃疡患者分成2组。对照组34例患者使用自溶清创方法,观察组34例患者采用联合清创技术,即在自溶清创基础上结合使用保守性锐器清创的方法。对比2组患者溃疡愈合效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者溃疡各期演进时间缩短(P<0.05)。观察组伤口治愈有效性为97.06%,高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05)。结论联合清创技术能缩短下肢静脉性溃疡患者创面愈合时间,同时应配合给予规范、科学的护理干预体系,促进伤口愈合。

Objective To obser-ve the efficacy o f combined debridement mettiod fo r lower ex-tremity venous ulceration. Metliods T otally 6 8 patients w ith lower extremity venous ulceration were assigned to the control group and the observation group,w ith 3 4 casessimple autolytic debridement was adopted in the control group, and the autolytic debridement com-bined with conservative debridement was carried out in the observation group. The tervention in healing of lower extremity venous ulceration was evaluated and two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had shorter length o f debridement stagecompared with those in the control group （＂ 〈 0 . 0 5 ）. The overall effective rate o f wound healing was 97.06 % in the observation group,which was higher than 7 6 . 4 7 % o f the controls （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Application o f combined debridement method may shorten the during o fwound healing in patients with lower extremity venous ulceration. It is also required to standardize the measures of wound nursing.
