摘要
目的探讨自我效能、社会支持及应对方式对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后心理弹性的影响。方法对76例行PCI术的AMI患者进行自我效能、社会支持及应对方式方面的护理干预,分别于干预前后评估自我效能评分、社会支持评分、应对方式与心理弹性评分。结果干预后,患者在面对维度的得分明显高于干预前(P<0.05),在回避、屈服维度的得分明显低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后,患者自我效能、社会支持及心理弹性评分均明显高于干预前(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果表明,心理弹性得分与自我效能、社会支持及应对方式中的面对应对呈明显正相关(P<0.05),与应对方式中的回避应对、屈服应对呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论 PCI术后AMI患者心理弹性较差,个体的自我效能、社会支持及应对方式是影响心理弹性的重要因素。
Objective To e x p lo r e the in f lu e n c e of self - eff i c a c y, so c ia l s u p p o r t a n d c o p in gstyles on psychological resilience after percutaneous coronary intervention (P C I) in p a t ie n ts w i th acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The s cor e of sel f-effi cacy, s o c ia l s u p p o r t a n d p s y c h o lo g ic a l r e s i l ie n c e w e r e in c r e a s e d a f -ter inter -vent ion (" 〈 0 . 05 ). P e a r s o n c o r r e la t io n a n a ly s is sh owe d th a t p s y c h o lo g ic a l r e s i l ie n c e wa s positive associated with the facing response in self-efficacy, so c ia l su p p o r t a n d c o p in g s ty l e s, a n d negative connected with escaping and ssrendering responses in coping styles ( " 〈 0 . 0 5 ).Conclusion AMI pat ients ae poor in ps ychological r esi l i ence,a n d in d iv id u a l s e l f - e f f i c a c y,s o -cial support and coping stales ae important influencing factors for their psychological resil ience.
