早期康复训练在脊髓损伤患者中的应用

Early rehabilitation training for patients with spinal cord injury

目的探讨早期康复训练在脊髓损伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取脊髓损伤患者63例,在常规临床治疗的基础上,根据病程、损伤阶段及程度采用综合康复训练及护理措施,其中35例患者伤后早期病情稳定后进行系统康复训练,设为观察组;另外28例患者于术后病情恢复期开展系统康复训练设为对照组。分别于入院时、出院时和出院后3个月采用Barthel指数评定量表(BI)和功能独立性评定量表(FIM)评估日常生活活动能力和功能独立性,记录2组患者并发症发生情况。结果出院前和出院后3个月时2组BI指数和FIM评分均较入院时提高(P<0.01),且观察组BI指数和FIM评分改善幅度优于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组肺部感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脊髓损伤患者开展早期康复训练可加速功能恢复,提高日常生活活动能力。

Objective To explore the application value of eal rehabilitation training in pa-tients wit t i spinal cord in ju ry. Metliods A total o f 63 patients w it t i cluded in this study. Al l patients received c lin ica l surgical treatment and comprehensive rehabilita-tion nursing according to the severity o f in ju ry , in which 35 patients given early rehabilitation training at early stage o f convalescence,and another 28 patients as thecontrol group were applied w ith rehabilitation training at stable stage o f convalescence. thel Index （BI） and functional independence measurement（F IM ） were performed before treat-ment, at discharge and three months after discharge. The incidence o f compbetween two groups. Results Barthel index （BI） and F IM score were markedly increased inboth groups at discharge and 3 months after discharge than those were increased more significantly in theobservation group than those in control group （P 〈0. 05）. The occurence rate o f pulmonary infection in the observation group was lower than that o f control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Application o f early rehabilitation training can promotethe function recovery increase the a ctivity o f daily l iv in g o f patients with spinal cord injury.
