案例追踪式教学模式在本科护理临床实习教学中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用案例追踪式教学模式对护理本科实习生进行临床教学的效果。方法选取2014年7月—2015年10月在本院实习的护理本科生45名设为对照组,2015年10月—2016年12月实习的本科护生38名设为观察组。对照组实施传统的临床教学方法,观察组在传统带教模式的基础上采用案例追踪式教学模式。观察2组护生对护理专业热爱程度、护生对临床教学满意度及护生临床综合能力。结果 2组护生在实习末对专业热爱程度均高于实习前,且观察组护生专业热爱度高于对照组(P<0.05)。实习末,观察组护生对临床教学满意度评价及护生临床综合能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施案例追踪式教学模式能有效激发本科护生的专业热情,提升其学习主动性,培养和发展临床评判思维,全面提升学生的临床综合能力。 Objective To investigate the application of case tracking teaching methods in clinical teaching for nursing undergraduates.Methods Totally 45 nursing undergraduates taking internships in hospital between July,2014 and September,2015 were included as the control group.Another 38 nursing undergraduates were recruited as the observation group between October,2015 and December,2016.Students in the control group received conventional teaching methods in clinical practice modules,and those in the observation group were given case tracking teaching methods in clinical teaching.The enthusiasm for professional learning,satisfaction degree on clinical teaching and clinical comprehensive ability of students were evaluated and compared between two groups.Results Nursing students in the observation group were more enthusiastic for professional learning than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Students in the observation group had a higher satisfaction degree on clinical teaching and achieved a better outcome in assessment of clinical comprehensive ability compared with those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Case tracking teaching method is potentially effective to promote initiative of learning,critical thinking and clinical comprehensive ability of nursing undergraduates during internships.
