浅谈人性化护理在创伤外科的应用

创伤外科患者的伤病多由突发性的事故引起,需要得到及时、有效的救治和护理。医院需要全面提高创伤外科护理工作,以适应现代化医患关系的需求。人性化护理是以"患者为中心"的现代护理模式,本研究通过回顾人性化护理在创伤外科的应用现状,浅析可能存在的问题并提出相关建议,旨在提高人性化护理理念在创伤外科中的应用效果,转变服务观念、优化服务模式和质量。

Patients suffering from sudden trauma required rescue and nursing intervention timely and effectively.The nursing work of traumatic surgery should be improved comprehensively to meet the requirements of modern doctor-patient relationship.Humanistic nursing is a patientoriented nursing model.This paper reviewed the current status of humanistic nursing f in department of trauma surgery,and to discuss the potential problem in implementation and related suggestion,in order to change the service concept and optimize the nursing model and qualification for patients with trauma surgery
