在汉高校“双一流”建设对接产业发展的体制创新浅析

湖北实施创新驱动发展战略的重要任务之一就是在汉高校的一流大学、一流学科建设,着力对接湖北战略新兴产业以及武汉三大产业创新中心建设,促进科技与经济社会发展的深度融合。在汉高校必须抓抢国家建设"双一流"和高等教育强省重大战略机遇,服务湖北"率先、进位、升级、奠基"发展目标,服务武汉"建设具有全球影响力的产业创新中心"目标定位。目前湖北在"双一流"建设过程中构建对接区域产业创新还存在着一些体制与机制障碍。高校要主动对接服务国家重大战略和湖北、武汉经济社会发展的需求;依托优势特色学科凝练建设重点,学科建设应该理性不能急功近利;产业创新对接过程中政府与高校均要注重最适合发展的外部环境建设;高校确立负面清单的意识,明确不该做的内容;积极引导科技成果的就地转化;改革"双一流"建设与产业创新中心建设对接的科技体制。

The conversion of content actively guide the scientific and technological achievements, and the reform of dual top con-struction and industrial innovation center construction docking system of science and technology.
