摘要
目前公共体育在高校当中普遍受到广大师生的欢迎,提高公共体育的教学质量已经是广大高校不可避免的问题,在这样的背景下提高高校公共体育教师的胜任力就显得尤为必要.以河南省高校为调查对象,建立高校公共体育教师胜任力模型,进行实证研究.
Public sports are welcomed by most of teachers and students in universities and colleges,therefore we must improve the teaching quality of public sports,hence the improvement of public sports teachers' competency.Based on the universities and colleges,Henan Province,college public sports teachers' competency model was set up and an empirical study was made.
