Teachers' teaching quality is very important to the teaching effect,the development of the college and the students.Scientific evaluation of the teachers' teaching quality is one of the important means to improve teachers' teaching quality.The quantitative assessment indexes of teaching quality can truly reflect the teacher's teaching situation.This thesis tries to construct scientific and rational quantitative assessment indexes to improve the teachers' teaching quality
