教育转型下的“本硕博”贯通式创新人才培养模式调查研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,随着我国对高校人才培养模式探索与创新的逐步推进,愈来愈多的高校在国家教育部的号召下开始实施"本硕博"贯通式的人才培养模式。关于这一模式利与弊的研究,已见诸于国内外诸多学者的专著、期刊,但是仍有进一步探索与研究的价值与空间。通过发放问卷、开展访谈、查阅文献的形式,了解"本硕博"贯通式人才培养模式的研究现状,及当前国内部分高校"本硕博"连读生的学习、科研、生活等情况,指出其中存在的一些问题,在总结国内外"本硕博"连读生培养经验的基础上,提出相应的对策,以完善"本硕博"贯通式人才培养这一创新模式。 In recent years,with the gradual exploration and innovation of talent cultivating mode universities and colleges in China,more and more universities and colleges have implemented the "Bachelor-Master-Doctor" thorough development under the call of the Ministry of Education.Research on the pros and cons of this mode has been seen in many domestic and foreign scholars monographs,journals,etc.,but there is much room for further exploration and research.Through the questionnaires,interviews,literature, "Bachelor-Master-Doctor" thorough development model and the domestic students' learning,scientific research and living of "Bachelor-Master-Doctor" thorough development mode have been studied and the existing problems have been pointed out,and the corresponding countermeasures to perfect the innovation mode of cultivating talents are proposed.
