On the Cultivation of Contemporary Journalists' Sense of Discipline

在社会转型、媒介融合的大背景下,新闻工作者的角色认知悄然转变。针对在此过程中新闻工作者缺乏纪律意识而导致的失范行为,提出通过加强理论学习、提升专业素养,明确新闻责任、站稳群众立场,构建激励机制、善待新闻人才三个方面提升新闻工作者纪律意识,进而为有效规范新闻采编秩序提供有价值的理论思考。

The role of journalists has changed in the era of social transformation and media integration.To the misdeeds causing by the lack of discipline sense of journalists,the paper has proposed some measures to improve journalists＇ sense of discipline,such as strengthening theory studying,improving professional quality,clarifying news responsibility,standing for the mass,setting up incentive mechanism,and caring about journalists,so as to effectively regulate news interviewing and editing.
