低温环境下复合矿物掺合料火山灰效应试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用比强度分析法对低温环境下矿粉、硅灰复合矿物掺合料的火山灰效应进行了研究。结果表明:随着温度的降低,砂浆试件的强度逐渐降低,加入复合矿物掺合料提高了砂浆的强度;通过对比180 d时砂浆强度发现加入15%矿粉+3%硅灰对低温环境下砂浆强度提升最大,0.5水灰比试件在10℃下强度提高了9%,火山灰效应贡献率为25.1%;0.36水灰比试件在10℃下强度提高了6%,火山灰效应贡献率为22.5%,5℃下强度提高了5%,火山灰效应贡献率为21.5%。 A study on the pozzolanic effect of mineral additives including slag,silica fume at low temperatures was carried out with mechanical experiments. The results indicate that the strength of mortar samples decreases gradually with the decreasing of temperature,and the strength of mortar increases with the addition of mineral additives. The strength of mortar samples are improved by adding 15% slag +3% silica fume to the low temperature at 180 d. The strength of 0. 5 w/c is increased by 9% at 10 ℃,and the pozzolanic effect rate is 25. 1%. The strength of 0. 36 w/c is increased by 6% at 10 ℃,the pozzolanic effect rate is 22. 5%,and the strength is increased by 5% at 5 ℃,the pozzolanic effect rate is21. 5%.
