石英砂尾矿和白炭黑对环氧地坪涂料的性能影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 添加石英砂尾矿以及白炭黑制备环氧地坪材料,通过适当调节固化剂以及白炭黑、石英砂尾矿之间的配比,以期在一定程度上提高环氧地坪材料的硬度以及各项性能。试验结果表明:使用T-31环氧固化剂,采用涂层方法为中底涂,当水性环氧树脂含量为14 m L时,石英砂尾矿含量为1.2 g,白炭黑含量为1.6 g,环氧地坪材料的硬度可达到3H,耐洗刷次数最多可以达到7800次,耐水性提升到13 d,耐碱性提高到7 d,符合GB/T 22374-2008中优等品的要求,有效提高了环氧地坪涂料的耐磨性和附加值,有望推广应用。 Epoxy resin floor paint materials were prepared by adding quartz sand tailing and silica white into the solvent. The ratio of curing agent,quartz sand tailing and silica white were adjusted properly,which could improve the hardness and other comprehensive properties of the epoxy resin floor paint materials. Experimental results exhibited that the hardness and scrubbing times of epoxy resin floor materials can reach up to 3 H and 7800 times,and the water resistance time was increased to 13 d h,and the alkali resistance time was enhanced to 7 d,when the content of quartz sand tailing,silica white and the waterborne epoxy were 1. 2 g,1. 6 g and 14 mL respectively,by using T-31 as the epoxy hardener.The results are in accordance with the high class of GB/T 22374-2008. Obviously, the abrasion resistance and added value of epoxy resin floor materials have been improved,which is expected to be widely promoted for industrialization.
