急诊内科低血糖临床诊治分析

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypoglycemia in Emergency Department

目的探讨急诊内科低血糖临床诊断与治疗。方法此次选择了2013年6月至2016年6月于我院急诊内科诊治的低血糖患者90例,将患者各项基础资料全部收集并分析总结诱发低血糖的原因。结果糖尿病诱发低血糖者61例(67.8%),非糖尿病诱发低血糖者29例:降糖药、保健品乱用低血糖者13例(44.8%),胰岛素使用不合理低血糖者7例(24.1%),肝源性低血糖者3例(10.3%),营养不良性低血糖者1例(3.4%),心源性低血糖者2例(6.9%),胰岛细胞癌及其他原因诱发低血糖者3例(10.3%)。结论要高度重视低血糖预防,急诊内科低血糖昏迷患者务必准确及时的诊断,据所获诊断结果给予患者对症治疗,并尽早给予患者相应的健康教育,以便有效预防低血糖情况的发生。

Objective To investigate the emergency medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypogly- caemia. Methods The chose June 2015 - June2016 in our hospital emergency medical diagnosis and treatment of 90 cases of patients with low blood sugar, all will be the basis of data collection and analysis the cause of the hy-poglycemia induced. Results 61 cases （67.8%） of diabetes cause low blood sugar, without diabetes cause low blood sugar, 29 cases, medicines, health care products use hypoglycemia in 13 （44.8%）, the inappropriate use of insulin hypoglycemia in 7 cases （24. 1 % ）, hepatic edge of hypoglycemia in 3 patients （10.3%）, nutrition less benign hypoglycemia in 1 case （3.4%）, cardiac hypoglycemia in 2 cases （6.9%）, islet cell carcinoma and other causes for low blood sugar in 3 patients （10.3%）. Conclusion To attach great importance to the preven-tion of hypoglycaemia, emergency medicine hypoglycemic coma patients must be accurate and timely diagnosis, according to the diagnosis results obtained for patients with symptomatic treatment, and gives the corresponding health education in patients with as soon as possible, so as to effectively prevent hypoglycemia.
