摘要
目的分析应用蒙西医结合方法治疗飞秒准分子(FS-LASIK)术后出现的干眼症的疗效。方法选取FS-LASIK术后干眼症患者22例,随机分为两组,对照组单纯采用西医治疗方法,即玻璃酸钠滴眼液(海露)滴眼治疗;实验组采用蒙西医结合治疗方法,即玻璃酸钠滴眼液(海露)滴眼+蒙药熏蒸治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月对两组患者进行自觉症状评估及泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、Schirmer I试验(SIT)检查,比较两组间的治疗效果。结果实验组患者疗效优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用蒙西医结合方法治疗飞秒准分子(FS-LASIK)术后出现的干眼症较单纯西医治疗方法疗效更加满意。
Objective To analyse stake medical combination method is applied to treatment of femtosecond laser - assisted in situ keratomileusis （FS - LASIK）, the effect of postoperative appearance of dry eyes. Methods To select 22 patients with dry eyes following FS - LASIK, randomly divided into two groups, control group pure western medicine treatment methods, namely sodium hyaluronate eye drops （sea dew） eye drops to treat; Used by integrated mongolian - western therapy, namely sodium hyaluronate eye drops （sea dew） eye drops ＋ Mongolian fumigation treatment, respectively before and after treatment 1 month, 3 months for two groups of patients with self - conscious symptom assessment and appears rupture time （BUT）, Schirmer I test （SIT） check, compare the treatment effect between the two groups. Results The curative effect is better than that of control group, experimental group patients between groups was statistically significant difference（ P 0.05）.Conclusion The combination of application sintegrated mongolian - western therapy for FS - LASIK in postop-erative dry eyes more satisfied curative effect than the pure western medicine treatment methods.[
