摘要
以钼精矿为原料,改变传统多段酸浸多次水洗除铁工艺,通过加入自制的复合助溶剂,采用低温常压一段酸浸一次水洗方法,将二硫化钼中铁的质量分数由1.0%左右降至0.10%以下。最佳的反应温度为75℃,反应时间为2.5 h,助溶剂用量为9%(以钼精矿质量计)。产品按GB/T 23271—2009《二硫化钼》方法检测,产品中Mo、Fe、MoO_3的质量分数分别为57.8%、0.04%、0.05%,酸值为(酸值为中和脂肪、脂肪油或其他类似物质1 g中含有的游离脂肪酸所需氢氧化钾的质量,mg)0.03 mg/g,总收率为96.5%。
The iron mass fraction of MoS2 was decreased to below 0.10% from 1.0% by changing the traditional 耶 multi-stage acid leaching and multi-stage washing5 iron removal process to 4low temperature and atmospheric pressure one-stage acid leaching and one-stage washing5 process,with molybdenum concentrate as raw material,and by adding self-made composite cosolvent.The optimum reaction temperature was 75 ℃,the reaction time was 2.5 h,and the amount of cosolvent was 9%(as the mass of molybdenum concentrate) .The products were tested by the method of national standard Molybdenum Disulfide, GB/T 23271-2009.The product contents were (as the mass fraction) : Mo of 57.8% ,Fe of 0.04%, MoO3 of 0.05%, acid value (The mass of potassium hydroxide required for neutralizing free fatty acids in 1 g fats,oils,or other similar substances) 0.03 mg/ g,and the total yield was 96.5%.
