近代中国社会性质变迁呈现出从封建社会到半殖民地半封建社会,再到新民主主义社会的演进路线。《中国农村》积极参与并主导中国农村社会性质问题的大论战,在论战中厘清社会性质,对于推动新民主主义理论的形成和后来新民主主义社会建设发挥了积极的促进作用。

The transition of modern Chinese social nature presented the evolution route from the feudal society to semi-colonial and semi-feudal society, then to new democracy society. China＇s Rural Areas actively participated in the heated debate on the nature of rural society in China. It clarified social nature in the debate, played an active role in the formation of the theory of new democracy and the construction of new democratic society.
