Analysis on the Mode of Urban Village Transformation in the New Urbanization Construction

以独特的视角阐述城中村改造的内涵和现实意义,深入分析当前新型城镇化进程中城中村改造的模式。在此基础上,对新型城镇化进程中城中村改造模式作进一步的思考:加强政府引导、市场运作,协调政府、企业与村民之间的关系;以人为本,因地制宜,合理选择开发模式;扎实推进股份制改造,群众的问题交给群众解决;大胆探索,全员参与,实现可持续发展。

This paper describes the concept and realistic significance of urban village transformationnique perspective, and analysis the mode of urban village reconstruction in the new urbanization deeply. On the ba-sis of this, the paper puts forward further thinking on the transformation mode of villages in the new^ urbanization：strengthening government,s leadership and market operation to coordinate the relatioterprises and villagers; choosing the development model according to local conditions, and the principles of peopleoriented; pushing forward the reform of the shareholding system, the problem of the bold exploration, fully participation, and achieving sustainable development.
