应用型本科高校大学生创新创业人才培养模式研究——以郑州工程技术学院为例

我国的高等院校尤其是应用型本科高校创新创业人才培养工作开展时间相对较晚,对于创新创业人才培养模式的研究目前仍处于摸索阶段。本文对应用型本科高校和创新创业教育内涵进行阐述,分析应用型本科高校创新创业人才培养的现状及存在问题,构建"一二三四"创新创业人才培养模式,在此基础上,提出了应用型本科高校创新创业人才培养模式的实施路径。

The innovation and entrepreneurship training in application - oriented colleges and universities star-ted not very early in our country. The innovation and entrepreneurship training model is still in the exploratorystage. This thesis describes the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship training ; analyzes the current situa-tion of innovation and entrepreneurship training and its problems; puts forwards the construction of “ one, two, three,four” innovation and entrepreneurship talent training model; makes clear implementation path of the innova-tion and entrepreneurship training for application - oriented colleges and universities.
