摘要
分析典型的精度造船软件在实际生产中的应用现状,结合北方某船厂215 000t散货船的实际生产情况,比较2013年无精度管理系统和2014年建立精度管理系统后该散货船的建造情况。结果表明,实施精度管理系统后分段无余量制作比率提高26.6%,该船厂积极推进民品精度管理体系建设具有可行性。
Analyzing the present application of precision shipbuilding software typical in the actual production,combined with the actual production situation of north shipyard215 000 tbulk cargo,the construction of the bulk cargo ship without shipbuilding accuracy control system in 2013 is compared with the construction with the shipbuilding accuracy management system in 2014.The results show that the implementation of shipbuilding accurary control system after the zero allowance production rate increased by 26.6%,that actively promote its feasibility of the construction of civilian shipbuilding accurary control system.
