摘要 再液化单元组装是液化气船液货系统施工的重要组成部分,是液货装卸及航行中维持气液平衡的重要设备单元模块,是85 000m^3VLGC船最核心、安装难度最大的设备单元之一,同时也是影响液化气船建造周期的关键因素。因此做好再液化单元组装技术攻关与效率提升对VLGC船的建造具有重要意义。对公共基座、轴系预对中、再液化单元管子(重点:不锈钢管法兰安装精度攻关)以及船上的二次对中工艺进行攻关,使得周期缩短、人工减少。 The reliquefaction unit is an important part of the construction of liquefied gas tanker cargo system.It is an important equipmentunit module for maintaining the balance of gas and liquid during the loading and transportation period.It is one of the most difficult equipment units of 85 000 m^3 VLCC ship.At the same time,it is also a key factor that affects the construction cycle of LPG carriers.Therefore,it is the most important to study the construction of VLCC ship with the research on the improvement of reliquefaction unit and efficiency.
