摘要 随着集装箱船大型化发展,大厚度的高钢级钢板在抗扭箱区域被使用的越来越多,疲劳强度是结构安全需要关注的重点,而厚板上的开孔会对疲劳强度产生一定的不良影响。对沪东中华造船(集团)有限公司多年来建造的多型集装箱船积累的经验进行归纳总结,提出适合抗扭箱厚板的开孔及加强方案。 With the large-scale development of container ships,the use of large thickness high tensile steel plates in the torsion box area is increasing,and the fatigue strength is the focus of structural safety,but the cutouts in the thick plate will have a certain adverse effect on the fatigue strength.By summarizing the experience of multi-type container ship built by Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding(Group)Co.,Ltd.,the cutouts and strengthening scheme suitable for torsion box thick plate are put forward.
