摘要
为解决黄河上游龙刘水库(龙羊峡、刘家峡水库)在联合运用过程中各行业用水导致的刘家峡水库汛前水位过低、影响水库综合效益的问题,从改善非汛期龙刘水库联合运用方式的理念出发,以黄河上游梯级水库群防洪、防凌、供水、灌溉、发电等生产实践的经验和大量技术研究成果为基础,构建基于全河水量调配的多目标优化调度模型,对比分析并确定了非汛期龙刘水库联合控制水位阈值,在此基础上研究提出了龙刘水库非汛期联动补水机制:在达到控制水位阈值条件下,由龙羊峡水库优先承担供水任务,并向刘家峡水库补水至控制水位。分析结果表明:提出的龙刘水库非汛期联动补水机制,在不改变现状全河水量配置效果的情况下,将提升龙羊峡、刘家峡乃至整个上游梯级水库的年均发电量,且刘家峡水库非汛期发电量增幅明显。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of Liujiaxia Reservoir,based on the simulation model of the water quantity allocation,water level and flow control of the Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs was researched. The different schemes of threshold water levels of adjustment were compared and the interactive water supply mechanism for the Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs in non-flood season was proposed by this paper. When the condition of threshold water level was reached,the Longyangxia Reservoir not only supplied water to users,but also recharged the Liujiaxia Reservoir to threshold water level. The results show that the proposed the interactive water supply mechanism for the Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs in non-flood season does not change the status of the water quantity allocation in the Yellow River.Moreover,the annual average generating capacity of Longyangxia Reservoir,Liujiaxia Reservoir and the entire upstream cascade are improved,especially the energy of Liujiaxia Reservoir in non-flood season.
