摘要
根据新版桥梁钢标准的要求,合理设计Q345q钢的化学成分。经过实验室试验、小批量试生产和大批量生产等过程,对成品的力学性能进行统计分析及金相组织研究,制定合理的冶炼、连铸、加热及轧制工艺,最终稳定生产出质量优良的产品,满足了用户的技术和使用要求。
Chemical composition of Q345q steel is rationally designed according to the requirements of the new version standards for bridge steel. Futher statistic analysis on mechanical properties and study on metallorgraphic structure are performed for finish product, on which appropriate processes of melting, continuous casting, reheating and rolling are established,thus superior quality product is steadily produced,while both the technical and application requirements of customers are satisfied.
