摘要
通过实验室轧制、淬火以及不同温度和保温时间的回火热处理,研究了回火工艺对NM400高强度耐磨钢力学性能和组织转变的影响规律,分析了断口形貌以及析出物、夹杂物的形成机理,为制定合理的回火工艺、实现NM400高强度耐磨钢板的批量生产奠定了基础。
By means of rolling, quenching, tempering with various temperature and holding time in laboratory, the article studies the law of tempering process affecting mechanical properties and microstructure transformation, ana-lyzes the fracture morphology and the formation mechanism of precipitates and inclusions, which sets up a solid founda-tion for establishing rational tempering process and achieving batch production of NM400 high strength wear resistant steel plate.
