摘要
针对传统永磁电动机质量大、损耗高、气隙磁密低等缺点,研究了一种基于Halbach阵列的定子无铁芯内转子永磁电动机。基于Ansoft有限元分析软件,将Halbach阵列定子无铁芯永磁电动机与传统表贴式内转子永磁电动机作比较,分析了它们的磁力线分布、磁密分布云图、永磁体涡流损耗以及定子铁芯损耗的情况。仿真结果表明,Halbach阵列运用于传统永磁电动机并选用定子无铁芯结构具有可行性。
Traditional permanent magnet motors have disadvantages such as heavy weight,high loss and low air-gap flux density.To solve the problem,this paper studies a kind of permanent magnet motor based on the Halbach array and a stator without iron core.Using the Ansoft finite element analysis software,the coreless permanent magnet motor with a Halbach array stator is compared with a traditional surface mounted permanent magnet internal rotor motor.Their magnetic line distribution,magnetic density distribution nephogram,permanent magnet eddy current loss and stator core loss are analyzed.Simulation results show that the Halbach array used in a traditional permanent magnet motor and selection of the stator without iron core structure is feasible.
