摘要 针对西部地区部队部署点位分散、机动投送能力有限的实际困难,重点对兵力投送优化问题进行了研究。根据实际投送任务需求和现有交通运输能力,提出了运用动态网络图优化兵力投送方案的方法思路,以投送时间最短为目标,动态优化兵力投送序列和投送路径,为科学制定兵力投送方案提供决策支撑。最后通过仿真实现,结合具体案例分析验证了所提算法的有效性和实用性。有利于部队投送和机动能力的提高。 Considering the fact that the troops are deployed very dispersively in western regions and that the mobile projection capability is limited and other practical difficulties, the problem of how to optimize the force projection is studied in detail in the paper. In the light of the needs of the real projection tasks and the present transportation capability, a method of applying the dynamic network diagram to optimizing force projection schemes is put forward in the paper, which has the shortest projection time as the target ,dynamically optimizes the projection sequence and projection routes and provides the decision-making support for scientifically working out schemes for force projection. Finally the schemes are realized through simulation. And the effec-tiveness and practicability of the proposed methods are tested through the analysis of practical cases. The paper may help im-prove the troop-projecting capacity and the mobility of our army.
