A Study of How the Construction of the Pre-Stressed Reinforced Concrete Beams for a High-Speed Railway Station Is Monitored

摘要 以重庆西站东站房预应力混凝土结构的施工监测为背景,对其中一个有代表性预应力梁进行施工期间安全监测。监测中采用锚索计量测预应力钢筋的拉力,利用钢筋计监测普通钢筋的应力大小,利用混凝土表面应变计测量混凝土的表面应变大小,通过静力水准仪自动量测梁的竖向变形。通过分析监测结果发现施工荷载和环境温度对结果影响相对较大,但是都在安全范围内。预应力结构现已顺利竣工,采用所介绍监测方法可进行相关预应力结构的施工监测。 With the construction monitoring of the pre-stressed reinforced concrete structures of the eastern station buildings of the Chongqing West Railway Station as the background,one typical pre-stressed reinforced concrete beam of them is safety-monitored during the construction of the project.In the course of the monitoring,the anchoring cable meter is used to monitor the pulling force of the pre-stressed reinforcement,the reinforcement meter is used to monitor the stress of the ordinary reinforcement,the strain meter for concrete surface is used to monitor the strain of the concrete surface,and the static level gauge is used to monitor the vertical deformation of the side beams.According to the monitored results,it is found that the construction load and the environmental temperature have a relatively large effect on the monitored results,but,even so,they are still within the safety range.Now,the above-mentioned pre-stressed reinforced concrete structure is already smoothly completed.And the monitoring methods introduced here above may also be applied to monitoring other pre-stressed reinforced concrete structures concerned.
