双线隧道浅埋软岩富水段施工技术

摘要 新建哈尔滨至牡丹江铁路客运专线工程施工Ⅸ标段横道河子3号隧道进口浅埋软岩富水段施工过程中,采用了旋喷桩加固地层、双层小导管超前支护加强隧道围岩、锁脚锚管用89mm钢管制作、提高隧道衬砌的防水等级、对隧道浅埋段洞顶的地面进行清理、顺坡等综合措施组织施工,顺利地通过了浅埋软岩富水段。 In the course of bui lding the 3rd shal low-buried tunnel of the Hendaohezi of Section IX of the newly-bui l t Harbin-Mu- danj iang Passenger-oriented Railway in the weak-rock and rich-watered section, rotary churning pi les are adopted to consol idate the strata?double-layer ductules are used for the advanced supporting to strengthen the surrounding rock the foot-locking an-choring tubes are made of 089 mm steel tubes the water-proof degree for the lining of the tunnel is upgraded?and the tunnelroof floor of the shallow-buried section of the tunnel is cleared and sloped. Because of adopting all the above-mentioned comprehensive measures,the construction for the tunnel in the shallow-buried and rich-watered weak-rock section is smoothly accomplished.
