深圳市宝安区门诊患者对种植修复认知度的调查研究

Investigation of the Awareness of Patients about Dental Implants in People's Hospital of Baoan Shenzhen

目的调查门诊患者对种植修复的认知程度和接受程度。方法选取200例门诊患者,接受问卷调查,统计问卷结果。结果接近半数患者愿意选择种植修复,希望价位在4 000~6 000元,希望由口腔种植科专家进行种植手术及修复。患者最重视的两个因素分别是修复效果和价格,超过半数的患者愿意使用国产品牌。结论患者对口腔种植知识的掌握程度越来越高,医护人员在临床工作中应了解患者的需求,有针对性的做好医患沟通。

Objective To investigate awareness and acceptance of patients about dental implants. Meth-ods 200 patients were selected to complete the questionnaire and statistical analysis was then conducted. Re-sults Half of the patients were willing to take the implant prosthesis,expect to pay between 4000 to 6000 Yuan, and choose the director of department to perform the dental implant surgery. The success rate and costs are the most important factors for patients to consider the dental implant surgery. In addition, more than half patients were willing to choose the domestic brands. Conclusion Atients have an increased knowledge of dental im-plants. Health care professionals should be aware of the differing needs of patients to improve doctor-patient communication.
